TO COMPETITORS

All competitors, please read carefully.

CHECK DATE

  1. -Please check by November 10th, your entry information on the JJFJ site. : www.jjfj.org

  2. -No changes will be accepted after this date.

MATCH STARTING TIME

  1. -The championship will start at 13:00 am.

  2. -We will post in the JJFJ web site by November 12, the match starting time for every belt and category. www.jjfj.org

WEIGHT IN

- place: at the event stadium.

  1. -time: 10:00 till you fight time.

  2. -kimono: weight WITHOUT the Gi.

  3. -chances: TWO chances.  If the competitor fails on the second chance, he or she will be disqualified immediately.

  4. -Once passed the weigh in, the competitor is allowed to eat, for he will not be weight anymore before his or her match.


EVENT T-SHIRTS

You can pick up your T-shirt at the reception from 13:00 until the end of the event.

Please avoid crowded times.

CHECK INN ON THE DAY

Only the following members need to check in at the Reception on the event day:

  1. -Non Japanese Asian competitors. (please present your passport)

  2. -Japan residents JJFJ Members who have not received the Membership card yet. (new members) or forgot their JJFJ members card.  The temporary card will cost ¥500.

KIMONOS

  1. -All matches will be held with the Gi (Kimono) on.

  2. -The Kimono colors allowed to compete are: white, blue or black.  No other colors are allowed.

  3. -We recommend to bring two sets on the day, in case of one not passing the Gi check criteria.

DIVISIONS


Division A:

Men - Purple Brown and Black belts (compete together)

weight divisions: -65kg, -74kg, -83kg, -92kg, +92kg.


Division B:

Men - White and Blue belts (compete together)

Open light: -73 kg

Open heavy: +73 kg


Division C:

Women - all belts (compete together)

Open light: -63 kg

Open heavy: +63 kg

ASIAN TRIALS WINNERS PRIZE

All winners of the Asian Trials will receive Flight and Hotel to compete on the World Professional Jiu-JItsu Cuo 2010, in Abu Dhabi.

  1. -Men, Purple to Black,  5 weights. (5 persons)

  2. -Men, White to Blue, 2 absolutos. (2 persons)

  3. -Women, 2 absolutos. (2 persons)

A total of 9 competitors will receive this Prize.


RULES

  1. -Match Time:  All Matches in this Championship will be 6 minutes long. (Men, and Women, and all belts.)
